DAILY ROUTINE & ACTIVITIES

Scheduled times are approximate and are subject to change



8:00-9:00- Arrival, Free Play, puzzles, blocks, dramatic play

 

9:00- Circle Time – Calendar, sing songs, finger plays, read a story, discuss topic of the day/week, and review a letter/number

 

9:15-10:30- Work Time- developmentally appropriate activities according to child’s age. Montessori three part based approach to learning used. Practical Life Skills, Fine motor, Art Activity, Educational materials, floor time for (infant & toddlers)

 

10:30- Clean up, diaper changing/bathroom time, wash hands, then a health snack is provided

 

11:00-12- Outside playtime, Gross motor skills, if inside- dancing, yoga, tunnel

 

12:00- Wash hands for lunch, lunch is served

 

12:30- Clean up from lunch, diaper changing/bathroom time, wash hands &  brush teeth

 

12:45-1:45- Nap time/rest time quiet listening to music while resting

 

1:45-2:30- Work Time developmentally appropriate activities according to child’s age. Montessori three part based approach to learning used. Practical Life Skills, Fine motor, Art Activity, Educational materials floor time for (infant & toddlers)

 

2:30- Clean up, diaper changing/bathroom time, wash hands, then a health snack is provided

 

3:00-4:00- Outside playtime, Gross motor skills, if inside- dancing, yoga, tunnel. Prepare for pick-up.
